To request service, you will have the option to contact your representative or simply enter your case information in the online system. You will get immediate confirmation of your service request and, if necessary, your representative will contact you with any questions or needed additional information.
The status of your case will be continually updated for you to view by logging in to your account or, if you prefer, case updates will be emailed to you as they occur. Photos, documents, and video/audio recordings will be available to you online, eliminating the wait for hard copies.
At the conclusion of your case, the final report, any evidence or media obtained, as well as invoices can be downloaded from our online case management system.
